In 2020-2021, 28,787 people earned their degree in human resource management, making the major the 45th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, human resource management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $49,057 and had an average of $31,139 in loans still to pay off.
Across Pennsylvania, there were 1,894 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $51,379 and $28,060 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 792 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,741 and $27,572 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for HR for a Bachelor’s” ranking looked at 20 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in human resource management. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality human resource management programs as well as strong veteran support.
