In 2020-2021, 28,787 people earned their degree in human resource management, making the major the 45th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, human resource management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $49,057 and had an average of $31,139 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Rocky Mountains region, there were 2,319 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $48,229 and $39,315 respectively.
For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Rocky Mountains Region for HR” ranking, we looked at 13 colleges that offer a degree in human resource management. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality human resource management programs as well as strong veteran support.

University of Denver is a private not-for-profit institution located in Denver, Colorado. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 77 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.
