In 2020-2021, 43,382 people earned their degree in management sciences and quantitative methods, making the major the 23rd most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, management sciences and quantitative methods graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $65,672 and had an average of $23,166 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 4,583 management sciences and quantitative methods graduates with average earnings and debt of $68,608 and $23,427 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Management Science” ranking, we looked at 36 colleges that offer a degree in management sciences and quantitative methods. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great management sciences and quantitative methods programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

Cambridge, Massachusetts is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out ’s management science degrees to 690 students in 2020-2021.
