Marketing is the 17th most popular major in the country with 52,916 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, marketing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $42,991 and had an average of $25,213 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southeast region, there were 14,428 marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,523 and $25,857 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Marketing Schools in the Southeast Region For Those Making $30-$48k” ranking analyzed 174 colleges that offered a degree in marketing. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great marketing programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
