Marketing is the 17th most popular major in the country with 52,916 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, marketing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $42,991 and had an average of $25,213 in loans still to pay off.
Across Texas, there were 4,412 marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $42,864 and $23,140 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 3,880 marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,932 and $25,894 respectively.
