Marketing is the 17th most popular major in the country with 52,916 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, marketing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $42,991 and had an average of $25,213 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Plains States region, there were 4,295 marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $42,702 and $26,238 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Marketing” ranking, we looked at 94 colleges that offer a degree in marketing. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent marketing programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the marketing program at the school. See our ranking methodology to learn more.

UNL is located in Lincoln, Nebraska and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 167 ’s marketing degrees to qualified students.
