Western Governors University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The school has a large population, and it awarded 1,453 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.

WSU also took the #4 spot in our “Best Management Information Systems Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region” ranking. The estimated yearly cost for WSU is $9,748 for Rocky Mountains Region MIS students whose families make $0-$30k.
The undergrad student loan default rate at the school is 4.1%, which is quite low when compared to the national default rate of 10.1%.

Out of the 8 schools in the Best Value MIS Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region For Those Making $0-$30k that were part of this year’s ranking, The University of Montana landed the #3 spot on the list. Missoula, Montana is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s MIS degrees to 94 students in 2020-2021.
