With 862,104 degrees handed out in 2020-2021, business, management and marketing is the 1st most popular major in the United States. In 2019-2020, business, management and marketing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $47,915 and had an average of $25,393 in loans still to pay off.
At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 416,988 business, management and marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,682 and $26,217 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Business, Management & Marketing for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 1,234 colleges that offered a degree in business, management and marketing. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality business, management and marketing programs as well as strong veteran support.

Out of the 1,234 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly for Business, Management & Marketing for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Michigan - Ann Arbor landed the #1 spot on the list.
