In 2019-2020, business, management and marketing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $47,915 and had an average of $25,393 in loans still to pay off.
Across Maine, there were 1,825 business, management and marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $45,059 and $28,704 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,139 business, management and marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,463 and $30,985 respectively.

Out of the 6 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Maine for Business, Management & Marketing for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Maine landed the #1 spot on the list. Orono, Maine is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s business, management and marketing degrees to 398 students in 2020-2021.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at UMaine, the school also landed the #2 spot in our “Best Business, Management & Marketing Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Maine” ranking.Of the 11,741 students enrolled at University of Maine, 21 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
