The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Real Estate for an Associate. Milwaukee Area Technical College is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 9 associates’s real estate degrees to qualified students.

MATC also took the #1 spot in our “Best Real Estate Associate Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 333 of the 12,618 students enrolled at MATC were GI Bill® students, of which 132 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
