Across California, there were 1,389 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 230 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,972 and $17,699 respectively.
For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in California for Real Estate for an Associate” ranking, we looked at 12 colleges that offer a degree in real estate. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent real estate programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
