Out of the 7 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Communications for a Doctorate that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Southern California landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Los Angeles, California, this large private not-for-profit school handed out 18 degrees to qualified doctorate’s communications students in 2020-2021.
