You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Southern Mississippi. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Mississippi for Speech Communication for a Doctorate list. Located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, this fairly large public school handed out 7 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s speech communication students in 2020-2021.
