Top 3 Best Other Journalism Bachelor’s Degree Colleges for Veterans in the Southeast Region
You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend The University of Alabama. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Other Journalism for a Bachelor’s. Tuscaloosa, Alabama is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s other journalism degrees to 108 students in 2020-2021.
UA also took the #1 spot in our “Best Other Journalism Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking.According to our most recent data, UA supports 37,840 students, and 2,081 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 1,128 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $7,975. To help with additional expenses, 357 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.
The low undergrad student loan default rate of [DEFAULT_RATE_STRING]% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Queens University of Charlotte. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Other Journalism for a Bachelor’s list. Queens is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Charlotte, North Carolina. It awarded 16 bachelors’s other journalism degrees in 2020-2021.
Queens also took the #2 spot in our “Best Other Journalism Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking.Among the 2,338 students enrolled at Queens University of Charlotte, 112 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 60 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $8,166. In addition to receiving other benefits, 14 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.
The undergraduate student-to-faculty ratio of 10 to 1 is a sign that students will have more opportunities to engage with their professors one-on-one. KY State also took the #3 spot in our “Best Other Journalism Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 40 of the 2,290 students enrolled at Kentucky State University were GI Bill® students, of which 10 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
