It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Other Communications for a Bachelor’s list. UMN Twin Cities is a public institution located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The school has a large population, and it awarded 33 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.
