Texas Tech University is located in Lubbock, Texas and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 146 bachelors’s PR degrees to qualified students.

Texas Tech not only placed well in this ranking. UH is a large public school situated in Houston, Texas. It awarded 81 bachelors’s PR degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southwest region bachelor’s degree vets studying pr list, UH has also earned the #4 rank in our “Best Public Relations Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 1,382 of the 47,090 students enrolled at University of Houston were GI Bill® students, of which 730 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. SMU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Dallas, Texas. It awarded 24 bachelors’s PR degrees in 2020-2021.

SMU also took the #2 spot in our “Best Public Relations Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” ranking.Among the 12,373 students enrolled at Southern Methodist University, 327 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Oral Roberts University landed the #6 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for PR for a Bachelor’s ranking. Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this small private not-for-profit school awarded 11 degrees to qualified bachelors’s PR students in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southwest region bachelor’s degree vets studying pr list, ORU has also earned the #6 rank in our “Best Public Relations Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” ranking.According to our most recent data, ORU supports 4,317 students, and 135 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 76 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $10,157. In addition to receiving other benefits, 4 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
