You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Communications Tech list. East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania is the setting for this medium-sized institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s communications tech degrees to 30 students in 2020-2021.
