Out of the 8 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Graphic Communication that were part of this year’s ranking, George Mason University landed the #1 spot on the list. GMU is a large school located in Fairfax, Virginia that handed out 97 ’s graphic communication degrees in 2020-2021.

GMU did well in our major quality rankings, too. East Tennessee State University is a fairly large public school situated in Johnson City, Tennessee. It awarded 56 ’s graphic communication degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southeast region vets studying graphic communication list, Regent has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Among the 10,483 students enrolled at Regent, 1,414 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 1,139 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $9,203. On top of their other funding sources, 42 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.

The school came in at #4 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Graphic Communication. This small school is located in Sarasota, Florida, and it awarded 117 ’s graphic communication degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southeast region vets studying graphic communication list, Ringling College has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, Ringling College of Art and Design supports 1,624 students, and 83 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 36 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $4,571. During this same period, 35 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend AI Miami International University of Art and Design. It ranked #5 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Graphic Communication list. This small school is located in Miami, Florida, and it awarded 17 ’s graphic communication degrees in 2020-2021.

International Fine Arts College not only placed well in this ranking. Savannah College of Art and Design came in at #8 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Graphic Communication ranking. This fairly large school is located in Savannah, Georgia, and it awarded 494 ’s graphic communication degrees in 2020-2021.

SCAD also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].According to our most recent data, Savannah College of Art and Design supports 14,265 students, and 193 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 135 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $20,695. On top of their other funding sources, 91 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.

The low undergrad student loan default rate of [DEFAULT_RATE_STRING]% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. For comparison, the national default rate is 10.1%.
