University of Pennsylvania landed the #6 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly for Computer and Information Sciences for a Doctorate ranking. UPenn is a large school located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that handed out 17 doctorate’s computer and information sciences degrees in 2020-2021.
UPenn also took the #1 spot in our “Best General Computer & Information Sciences Doctor’s Degree Schools” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 324 of the 26,552 students enrolled at UPenn were GI Bill® students, of which 131 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
