You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Western Washington University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Computer and Information Sciences for a Master’s list. WWU is located in Bellingham, Washington and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 16 masters’s computer and information sciences degrees to qualified students.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at WWU, the school also landed the #2 spot in our “Best General Computer & Information Sciences Master’s Degree Schools in the Far Western US Region” ranking.Of the 15,197 students enrolled at WWU, 622 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Computer and Information Sciences for a Master’s list. University of Nevada - Reno is a large public school situated in Reno, Nevada. It awarded 10 masters’s computer and information sciences degrees in 2020-2021.
UNR also made our “Best General Computer & Information Sciences Master’s Degree Schools in the Far Western US Region” list, coming in at #4.Among the 20,722 students enrolled at University of Nevada - Reno, 669 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. UO is a large school located in Eugene, Oregon that handed out 15 masters’s computer and information sciences degrees in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our far western us region master’s degree vets studying computer and information sciences list, UO has also earned the #3 rank in our “Best General Computer & Information Sciences Master’s Degree Schools in the Far Western US Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 582 of the 21,752 students enrolled at UO were GI Bill® students, of which 314 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $11,688. To help with additional expenses, 25 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.
