Computer Information Systems is one of the most popular majors in the nation, ranking 9th of all the majors we analyze. In 2020-2021, 88,434 degrees were awarded to students with this major. In 2019-2020, computer information systems graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $54,066 and had an average of $26,787 in loans still to pay off.
This year’s “Best Value CIS Schools For Those Getting Aid” ranking looked at 510 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in computer information systems. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great computer information systems programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
