For this year's Best Computer Information Systems Colleges for Non-Traditional Students in the Middle Atlantic Region ranking, we looked at 57 colleges that offer a bachelor's in cis. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great computer information systems programs and a strong support system for non-traditional students.

New Jersey Institute of Technology tops the 2021 list of our schools in the Middle Atlantic Region that are best for non-traditional computer information systems students. NJIT is a fairly large public school located in the city of Newark. NJIT also took the #2 spot in our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in the Middle Atlantic Region rankings.
About 0.7% of NJIT students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. There are approximately 3,018 students at NJIT that take at least one class online. There are roughly 3,015 part time students in attendance at NJIT.

Johns Hopkins University earned the #2 spot in our 2021 rankings. Johns Hopkins is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Baltimore. Johns Hopkins not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #3 on our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in the Middle Atlantic Region list.
About 0.6% of Johns Hopkins students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. 14,847 of Johns Hopkins students are exclusively distance learners. About 14,794 of the students at Johns Hopkins are attending part time.

Our rankings recognize New York University as the #3 school in this year's rankings. Located in the large city of New York, NYU is a private not-for-profit college with a fairly large student population. NYU not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #4 on our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in the Middle Atlantic Region list.

Our rankings recognize Rutgers University - New Brunswick as the #4 school in this year's rankings. Rutgers New Brunswick is a very large public school located in the city of New Brunswick. As a testament to the quality of education offered at Rutgers New Brunswick, the school also landed the #7 rank in our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in the Middle Atlantic Region ranking.

Located in the suburb of Rochester, RIT is a private not-for-profit school with a fairly large student population. In addition to being on our bet for non-traditional students list, RIT is in the top 15% of all schools on our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in the Middle Atlantic Region list.
