California University of Pennsylvania tops the 2021 list of our schools in Pennsylvania that are best for non-traditional computer information systems students. Cal U is a moderately-sized public school located in the suburb of California.
The student loan default rate at Cal U is lower than is typical, just 2.1% of students default in three years. 2,821 of Cal U students are exclusively distance learners. About 2,171 of the students at Cal U are attending part time.
