You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Rochester Institute of Technology. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for App Specific Computer Programming for a Bachelor’s list. Rochester, New York is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out bachelors’s app specific computer programming degrees to 23 students in 2020-2021.
