When it comes to popularity, a bachelor's degree in
computer programming sits in the middle of the road, ranking #143 out of 338 majors in the country. So, it might take a little more work to find colleges and universities that offer the degree program.
For its 2022 ranking, College Factual looked at 14 schools in the Middle Atlantic Region to determine which ones were the most popular for computer programming students pursuing a bachelor's degree. When you put them all together, these colleges and universities awarded 324 bachelor's degrees in computer programming during the 2019-2020 academic year.
