In 2019-2020, computer science graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $67,538 and had an average of $23,620 in loans still to pay off.
Across the New England region, there were 5,158 computer science graduates with average earnings and debt of $80,479 and $22,782 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 3,622 computer science graduates with average earnings and debt of $42,403 and $25,944 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for CompSci for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 33 colleges that offered a degree in computer science. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent computer science programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Connecticut College ranked #25 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for CompSci for a Bachelor’s list. Conn College is a small school located in New London, Connecticut that handed out 21 bachelors’s compsci degrees in 2020-2021.
