Texas A&M University - College Station is a large school located in College Station, Texas that handed out 22 doctorate’s compsci degrees in 2020-2021.

Arizona State University - Tempe is a public institution located in Tempe, Arizona. The school has a large population, and it awarded 19 doctorate’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Southern Methodist University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Dallas, Texas. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 3 doctorate’s degrees in 2020-2021.

SMU also took the #2 spot in our “Best Computer Science Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” ranking.Among the 12,373 students enrolled at Southern Methodist University, 327 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. New Mexico Tech did well in our major quality rankings, too.
