Texas A&M University - College Station is a large school located in College Station, Texas that handed out 22 doctorate’s compsci degrees in 2020-2021.

Southern Methodist University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Dallas, Texas. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 3 doctorate’s degrees in 2020-2021.

University of Tulsa came in at #7 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for CompSci for a Doctorate ranking. University of Tulsa is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and, has a small student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 4 doctorate’s compsci degrees to qualified students.
University of Tulsa also made our “Best Computer Science Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list, coming in at #5.Of the 3,960 students enrolled at University of Tulsa, 119 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $5,990. To help with additional expenses, 2 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology landed the #9 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for CompSci for a Doctorate ranking. Located in Socorro, New Mexico, this small public school awarded 1 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s compsci students in 2020-2021.
New Mexico Tech did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #6 on our “Best Computer Science Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list.According to our most recent data, New Mexico Tech supports 1,686 students, and 36 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 18 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
