In 2020-2021, 18,325 people earned their degree in general information science, making the major the 47th most popular in the United States.
Across the Southwest region, there were 1,862 general information science graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Information Science” ranking looked at 19 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in general information science. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great general information science programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.
To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the general information science program at the school. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.
