You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Hallmark University. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Well Attended IT Major in Texas list. San Antonio, Texas is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out ’s IT degrees to 83 students in 2020-2021.
