You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Illinois State University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Illinois for IT. Illinois State University is a public institution located in Normal, Illinois. The school has a large population, and it awarded 69 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.
Illinois State did well in our major quality rankings, too. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend DePaul University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Illinois for IT list. Chicago, Illinois is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out ’s IT degrees to 112 students in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our illinois vets studying it list, DePaul has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, DePaul supports 21,922 students, and 528 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 367 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $14,957. During this same period, 101 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. SWIC did well in our major quality rankings, too. Illinois Institute of Technology came in at #7 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in Illinois for IT ranking. This medium-sized school is located in Chicago, Illinois, and it awarded 29 ’s IT degrees in 2020-2021.
Illinois Tech also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Of the 6,325 students enrolled at Illinois Tech, 83 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Eastern Illinois University ranked #8 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in Illinois for IT list. EIU is a medium-sized public school situated in Charleston, Illinois. It awarded 13 ’s IT degrees in 2020-2021.

University of Illinois at Springfield landed the #9 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Illinois for IT ranking. Springfield, Illinois is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s IT degrees to 19 students in 2020-2021.
