In 2020-2021, 254,454 computer and information sciences students received their degree, making the major the 6th most popular in the country. In 2019-2020, computer and information sciences graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $52,893 and had an average of $27,324 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 47,974 computer and information sciences graduates with average earnings and debt of $56,340 and $25,634 respectively.
