Construction Trades is the 34th most popular major in the country with 35,794 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, construction trades graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $38,184 and had an average of $11,556 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Far Western US region, there were 4,488 construction trades graduates with average earnings and debt of $34,301 and $9,126 respectively.

To top this list, a school must have a successful construction trades program that graduates more students in the field than other colleges that offer the same major.
