You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of the Southwest. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in New Mexico for Educational Assessment, Testing, and Measurement. Located in Hobbs, New Mexico, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 10 degrees to qualified ’s educational assessment, testing, and measurement students in 2020-2021.
