When pursuing a degree in today’s world, veterans have many different options to choose from. Educational Assessment is the 184th most popular major in the country with 2,552 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, educational assessment graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $55,573 and had an average of $34,777 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 247 educational assessment graduates with average earnings and debt of $98,861 and $0 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Assessment” ranking analyzed 10 colleges that offered a degree in educational assessment. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great educational assessment programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

Top 10 Best Educational Assessment Colleges for Veterans in the Middle Atlantic Region
Out of the 10 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Assessment that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Maryland Global Campus landed the #1 spot on the list. UMGC is a large school located in Adelphi, Maryland that handed out 63 ’s assessment degrees in 2020-2021.
UMGC also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Among the 58,526 students enrolled at UMGC, 4 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. UPenn is a large private not-for-profit school situated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It awarded 31 ’s assessment degrees in 2020-2021.
UPenn not only placed well in this ranking.
