Across the Southwest region, there were 2,988 general education graduates with average earnings and debt of $52,715 and $16,946 respectively.
This year’s “Most Well Attended Education Major in the Southwest Region” ranking looked at 81 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in general education. To top this list, a school must have a successful general education program that graduates more students in the field than other colleges that offer the same major.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Grand Canyon University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Well Attended Education Major in the Southwest Region. Grand Canyon University is a large school located in Phoenix, Arizona that handed out 707 ’s education degrees in 2020-2021.
