You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Maine. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Maine for Education for a Doctorate list. Located in Orono, Maine, this fairly large public school handed out 4 degrees to qualified doctorate’s education students in 2020-2021.
