You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Pennsylvania. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Other Education list. University of Pennsylvania is a private not-for-profit institution located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The school has a large population, and it awarded 27 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.
