Out of the 7 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Alabama for Education for a Doctorate that were part of this year’s ranking, The University of Alabama landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, this large public school awarded 54 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s education students in 2020-2021.
UA did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #3 on our “Best Education Doctor’s Degree Schools in Alabama” list.Our most recent data shows that 2,081 of the 37,840 students enrolled at UA were GI Bill® students, of which 1,128 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Auburn University. The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Alabama for Education for a Doctorate. Auburn University is a large public school situated in Auburn, Alabama. It awarded 47 doctorate’s education degrees in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our alabama doctor’s degree vets studying education list, Auburn has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best Education Doctor’s Degree Schools in Alabama” ranking.Among the 30,737 students enrolled at Auburn, 1,499 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 746 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $8,423. In addition to receiving other benefits, 68 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.
The low undergrad student loan default rate of [DEFAULT_RATE_STRING]% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. Birmingham, Alabama is the setting for this medium-sized institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out doctorate’s education degrees to 46 students in 2020-2021.
Samford also made our “Best Education Doctor’s Degree Schools in Alabama” list, coming in at #2.Our most recent data shows that 162 of the 5,729 students enrolled at Samford were GI Bill® students, of which 101 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. As a testament to the quality of education offered at UAB, the school also landed the #4 spot in our “Best Education Doctor’s Degree Schools in Alabama” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 1,194 of the 22,563 students enrolled at University of Alabama at Birmingham were GI Bill® students, of which 508 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
