Top 2 Best Elementary Special Education Bachelor’s Degree Colleges for Veterans in the New England Region
Out of the 2 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Elementary Special Ed for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, Granite State College landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Concord, New Hampshire, this small public school handed out 9 degrees to qualified bachelors’s elementary special ed students in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our new england region bachelor’s degree vets studying elementary special ed list, GSC has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best Elementary Special Education Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the New England Region” ranking.Of the 1,879 students enrolled at GSC, 211 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 125 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $4,127. During this same period, 19 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.

Located in Standish, Maine, this small private not-for-profit school awarded 6 degrees to qualified bachelors’s elementary special ed students in 2020-2021.
Saint Joseph’s Maine not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #2 on our “Best Elementary Special Education Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the New England Region” list.According to our most recent data, Saint Joseph’s Maine supports 1,967 students, and 15 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 8 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $8,527. On top of their other funding sources, 4 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Saint Joseph’s Maine does offer credit for military training for eligible students.
