You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Granite State College. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in New Hampshire for Elementary Special Ed list. Concord, New Hampshire is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s elementary special ed degrees to 14 students in 2020-2021.
