At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 226 general special education graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,720 and $23,024 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Teaching Students with Disabilities for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 13 colleges that offered a degree in general special education. Portland, Oregon is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s teaching students with disabilities degrees to 11 students in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our far western us region bachelor’s degree vets studying teaching students with disabilities list, Portland State University has also earned the #12 rank in our “Best General Special Education Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Far Western US Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 1,127 of the 23,640 students enrolled at Portland State University were GI Bill® students, of which 739 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $8,835. To help with additional expenses, 100 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Portland State University does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

EWU is a public institution located in Cheney, Washington. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 8 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.
