Southern Connecticut State University has taken the #1 spot in this year's special education ranking for non-traditional students. Located in the medium-sized city of New Haven, SCSU is a public college with a moderately-sized student population. As a testament to the quality of education offered at SCSU, the school also landed the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Special Education in Connecticut ranking.
