Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Adult and Continuing Ed for a Doctorate that were part of this year’s ranking, Capella University landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this large private for-profit school awarded 64 degrees to qualified doctorate’s adult and continuing ed students in 2020-2021.
