You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Eastern Oregon University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for Child development for a Bachelor’s. EOU is a small public school situated in La Grande, Oregon. It awarded 27 bachelors’s child development degrees in 2020-2021.
