Veterans have lots of options to chooose from today when trying to decide which college to attend. Teacher Education Grade Specific is one of the most popular majors in the nation, ranking 6th of all the majors we analyze. In 2020-2021, 110,226 degrees were awarded to students with this major. In 2019-2020, teacher education grade specific graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $37,970 and had an average of $24,228 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Great Lakes region, there were 14,087 teacher education grade specific graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,111 and $25,126 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 8,423 teacher education grade specific graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,343 and $26,790 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Grade Specific Ed for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 133 colleges that offered a degree in teacher education grade specific. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent teacher education grade specific programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
