In 2019-2020, teacher education grade specific graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $37,970 and had an average of $24,228 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Plains States region, there were 10,661 teacher education grade specific graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,353 and $27,224 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 7,185 teacher education grade specific graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,046 and $29,021 respectively.
