When pursuing a degree in today’s world, veterans have many different options to choose from. College Factual was founded, in part, to help students make the decision as to what would be the best school for them. Our “Most Veteran Friendly for Secondary Teaching” ranking is part of that endeavor.
In 2020-2021, 10,547 people earned their degree in secondary education, making the major the 84th most popular in the United States.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Secondary Teaching” ranking analyzed 364 colleges that offered a degree in secondary education. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality secondary education programs as well as strong veteran support.
To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the secondary education program at the school. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.
