Northeast Wisconsin Technical College came in at #25 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly for Civil Engineering Tech ranking. NWTC is a fairly large school located in Green Bay, Wisconsin that handed out 12 ’s civil engineering tech degrees in 2020-2021.
