You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Houston - Downtown. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Civil Engineering Tech for a Bachelor’s list. Houston, Texas is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s civil engineering tech degrees to 23 students in 2020-2021.
