In 2020-2021, 8,592 people earned their degree in electronics engineering technology, making the major the 130th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, electronics engineering technology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $52,304 and had an average of $24,888 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southwest region, there were 802 electronics engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $49,334 and $27,107 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for EE Tech” ranking analyzed 11 colleges that offered a degree in electronics engineering technology. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent electronics engineering technology programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

On top of their other funding sources, 39 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Oklahoma State University - Main Campus does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

DeVry University - Arizona came in at #8 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for EE Tech ranking. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, this small private for-profit school awarded 4 diplomas to qualified ’s EE tech students in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southwest region vets studying ee tech list, DeVry University - Arizona has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 31 of the 217 students enrolled at DeVry University - Arizona were GI Bill® students, of which 31 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $4,518. To help with additional expenses, 1 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
